Dear H/Fers,
It's that time of year again when the weather turns warm, the spring flowers pop up, and I begin begging for volunteers to help run the St. John's Hospitality/Fellowship Team Water Stop at the Frederick Running Festival (aka the Frederick Marathon)!
We will be located at mile 19.5 again in the lovely Spring Ridge Development. After freezing tempuratures, snow, gale force winds, and rainy downpours in past years, we are due for a beautiful, sunny spring day this time.
Everyone is invited to help us set up the water stop, hand out water, gatorade, and gel packs to runners while cheering them on. It really is a fun time for everyone and our H/F Team earns $350 for our efforts!!
